Rca 11.5 tablet not downloading apps

The tv has been set up for roughly a week and apps work amazingly! Google tv is great, first time using one and it was a breeze to set up. Color, brightness and sound work better than the our previous tv and better than I anticipated it would be. Reflections are not an issue so far for me and same with angles for watching it.
